Cancellation & Refund Policy
No-Show Appointments
If a client does not join the session at the scheduled time, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
Rescheduling Requests
If you wish to reschedule your appointment due to an emergency or any other reason, please inform us on or before the scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling will be done based on availability.
Client Cancellations
Since consultations and reports are personalised services, cancellations by the client are non-refundable.
Clients may choose to reschedule as per the rescheduling policy.
If You Are Running Late
If you are running late, please inform us on or before the start time of your session so we can wait for you, depending on availability.
The session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Cancellations from Our Side
In the rare case that we need to cancel or change the appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, you will be offered either:
- A new appointment slot, or
- A full refund if rescheduling doesn’t work for you.
Incorrect or Incomplete Information
Consultations and reports are prepared based on the birth details provided by the client.
No refunds will be given for services delivered using the information shared by the client.
